For Returns Each Blue Diamond® Growers purchase comes with return instructions. If you have questions regarding returns, please refer to our Return Policy or contact one of our Customer Service Representatives.
At Blue Diamond® Growers, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We will refund, replace, or exchange any item within 30 days of its purchase date.
Pack the item in its original box or one similar. Adhere the Blue Diamond® Growers prepaid US Postal Service label (which is found on the back of the packing list) to the box. Take the box to a United States Post Office.
In the case of a return, we refund the purchase price of the item back to your credit card. Delivery charges will be refunded for shipment errors made by Blue Diamond. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

For your convenience, we offer a variety of shipping options via United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS is a traceable service. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO).
Note: All shipments are from Sacramento, CA.

Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United States to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not ship to the following addresses or locations:
- Post Office boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories and protectorates
- International destinations
Approximate Delivery Times
In counting delivery days, you should count business days only. We will notify you by e-mail of any delays in your order.

- UPS USA 2nd Day Air Service
- Orders shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

- Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order:
- the first confirms that your order was received
- the second confirms the shipment and will include an order tracking number
Tracking Your Order
If you are interested in finding out the status of your order or want to track your shipment, just access the tracking link we send you by e-mail. This will connect you to the UPS shipping site and show you the status of your delivery.
